Christmas Posts 2

So it was the traditional Christmas Eve at my parent's house.  My brothers were there this year as opposed to last year so that was even more fun.

A little action shot of the boys looking excited.  Especially Tate.
Dayton was loving the taste of his fingers that night.
...
She clearly had more interesting things to focus on than her mother.
The girls in the "little room".
More finger lickin' fun.
And more playing in the little room.
This was the great kid's table.  Cheetos were obviously the main course.
Don't mess with this chick's food, but don't get mad if she messes with yours.
She's probably keeping one eye on Jersi while she eats...
Saucy.
Then it was time for the talent show.
Tate sang us a song as per the ush.
The older girls did a dance for about 6 seconds.
Dan and I performed War, What is it Good For?  A La Corey and Topanga.
Anna was in distress about whether she could sing in front of us or not and Tate tried to encourage her.
With some help from mom she managed to sing.
And loved the applause.
Then Jersi needed some convincing.

But quickly grew into the idea, and ate the microphone.
Sam and I did some Beatles polka dancing.
The fingers were still tasting great.
I think that Jameson also played the guitar for us but I can't find the picture.

Then Santa showed up.
Anna has been debating whether or not she is okay with the Santa thing since before Thanksgiving.  See Jonathan's Facebook for a great video.

Here she is scoping him out.

Jersi did not approve.

Anna was getting super nervous by this point.  The anticipation!
My mom
While we waited, Jonah scoped out Dayton.
Jen
More cousin time.
This is the face she made right when Santa called her name.  Jonathan's face is cute too.
Not so much.
But the present calmed her down a little.
Poor Oaklee had to be so patient and was the very last one to have her name called.  What a good girl.

To be continued...
